EDI has enabled us to deliver your complete digital appraisal report right to your desktop, using your existing email account, for an average of five cents for a full report. Overnight courier fees are eliminated!

Adobe® Acrobat's PDF file format has emerged as the dominant medium for delivering on-line appraisal reports. Why?...because it doesn't require you to have anything but Adobe's freeware Acrobat reader to view and print the entire appraisal file. The free Adobe® Acrobat® Reader allows you to view, navigate, and print PDF files across all major computing platforms. Brian J. Davis & Associates is the first firm in central Illinois to employ in-home electronic data collection using Pocket TOTAL 2000 and the Novatel Contact Hand held PC (H/PC). After returning to the office, we simply plug the H/PC into a cable connecting it to the desktop PC. Our software automatically detects the connection, and the field data is placed into the corresponding desktop report. Pocket TOTAL 2000 on a hand held PC saves data entry time, increases our accuracy, and reduces report turnaround time.
