Dear Real Estate Related Website Owner, Brian Davis here, I am the administrator of www.home-appraiser.com and I have a cost-free proposition for you to consider. As a website owner I am sure you know that attracting visitors to your site is not as simple as just submitting your site to the search engines or printing your web address on your existing marketing materials. It takes much more. In my research on search engine success I have discovered that 'Link Popularity' is one of the most important factors. Link popularity is established by linking your site with other topic related sites in a reciprocal fashion. Kind of the old 'I'l wash your back if you wash mine' approach. This will result in customers visiting your site through the links found on other sites and, more importantly, boost your relevance with the search engines and therefore your ranking on search returns. Let me explain further. You could be listed on all the search engines and "Real Estate" link sites around, but the real magic happens when a search engine spiders YOUR site. It is typical for an engine spider to follow ALL LINKS found on your site and determine if those pages are topic relevant, and if they are, this is good, but it gets better, if the engine also finds a link back to you on those relevant pages then you have been recognized as 'A Somebody' and your popularity ranking soars! Many engines also repeat this process on the pages you are linked to and if they discover popularity there as well it establishes you as having a network of friends. Kind of like in high school, we could mention all the kids names we know, but unless they know our names as well, we are just considered 'name-droppers'. If you feel our site is indeed related topically to yours, and are interested in establishing a reciprocal link with us then these are the steps to follow. 1) Visit my site at http//www.home-appraiser.com and click on the Links/FAQ button in the "brick wall". You'll be taken to the main "Link Categories" page. 2) Choose the "Category" and the "Sub-Category" that you'd like your link placed under. For example. If you're a REALTOR you might choose MLS/Realtors and then Local (Illinois) or National (Not Illinois). If you don't see a Sub-Category that is appropriate, you can suggest one. 3) E-mail me at bjdavis@home-appraiser.com
with: For example: We will categorize your link and e-mail you when your link is active on our site. 4) Finally, add OUR reciprocal link to YOUR website. Generally we're placed under Real Estate or Real Estate Appraiser. Thanks for listening and good luck in all your Internet endeavors! Sincerely, Brian J. Davis, SRA PS If you have any questions please ask them. I will follow up with more information if you need it. bjdavis@home-appraiser.com |
